The Ninh Binh provincial administration's diligence, listening and spirit of cooperation with businesses is being clearly affirmed by the assessment of the quality of economic management, business environment, and increasingly improved administrative reform.

The commitment signed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and all 63 provinces and cities in the spirit of the Governmental Resolution 35 on creating a favourable business environment for enterprises has initially produced positive results.

The number of newly-established businesses soared in the first 10 months of this year, while the number of old businesses which resumed operations also increased significantly. With that in mind, many said the business environment has improved.
